Where to find Tax Relief form for Tuition

I don't know where to find the form for a tax rebate on Tuition fees I've looked here

but its not listed, any one know?

I don't think that there is a specific form. See here.

Just been back into the site and the form is a hyperlink as opposed to a downloadable and its under :-

The pink hyperlink is in the sentence following the sub header "How may the relief be claimed?"

I'll have to complete this next year .. does anyone know what % of the paid fees you can get back? I was told it was brought down from approx. 50% to 20% in this years budget ??

Its 20% now on a maximum of €5000, I think it used to be at the higher rate a few years ago.

There is a claim form and I have it in PDF .

If you google IT31 .......it will pop up for you ... or I can mail it to you
