Glad you were able to find it Spear.
I dont use beef mince ever anymore - it just doesnt sit well in my stomach for some reason, so the turkey mince is employed for burgers, lasagne, spag bol, sheperds pie etc.....
Although the butcher had pork mince at the weekend and made great spag bol with it, much less coarse texture to turkey mince, and lovely flavour too.
