Where to buy synthetic hair or synthetic wigs for artwork or dolls?

My daughter has an art project to do and needs some synthetic hair or wigs for it. Can anyone give her some advice about where to buy good quality, and, if possible reasonable also.

The 'joke' shops often sell them. There is a shop beside the Gaiety (in Dublin) that has loads of them in the window. I've also seen them in Euro2 and other such discount stores on Liffey Street.

though you would probably pick some up cheaper in the ethnic shops on moore st
