Where to buy a regulator for Bora car window.....Location - Dublin.

www.otto.ie are up in tallaght airton road.

I got a regulator from belgard motors for my passat a few years ago for about 90 euro's

Came on the aluminium plate.

It is doable as a diy job I did mine myself, luckily job had room inside the workshop so no worries with rain.

I googled the job and found a very good write up with picks.

Thanks to one and all for the helpful replies. Hubby purchased the regulator from Otto this morning and is now going to attempt to do the replacement himself. *fingers crossed*.

Tell him to take his time and watch carefully how some of the fidley bits come apart.

on my car you had to let the window down about quarter of the way to pick up 2 holes to allow release of the glass.

A towel on top of the door and a few strips of masking tape will hold the window while he does the job. The towel stop the tape sticking to the paint.
