where to advertise house for sale...?

...just wondering, I want to sell my house, and want to try advertising it online directly.

My thinking is this: I could afford to sell it for less than the going rate if I don't have an agent involved.......which may help to sell my house quicker.

So, which sites would you visit to buy............hence which one should I try?
 
I thought of myhome too, but can't seem to see any way to advertise for private sales, only if you're an estate agent..........or am I wrong?

AFAIK houses for sale on www.myhome.ie are advertised there by estate agents only.

This previous thread might give you some advice. If you run the main search option you may some others also.
 
Daft.ie would be the biggest website, Myhome.ie is only for Estate Agents

I have heard of people getting some really good results using this website
