Where for sunshine in November?

Can anyone recommend somewhere for a week in late November for 2 adults and a 4 year old? Not too hot, but we'd like to see some sunshine. Galway is out!
 
i am going to the algarve mid novemebr myself, the weather is mild with top temps about 19 degrees so that is nice and mild, and a million miles away from the conditions here!!
 
We're going to the Fortina Spa in Malta the first two weeks in December and are confident that we'll see some sun.
 
I would also recommend the Fortina Spa in Malta. A choice of six restaurents. Not sure about the weather in November though. Madeira could be good though.
 
Agadir Morocco ! Lovely beach , good restaurants very relaxed. Stayed at the Al Moggar garden beach hotel.
 
Would heartily recommend Agadir for couple and kids. Around 25*ish, great hotels and a three course meal al fresco for Eu5.
 
I would agree with Paddyboy. If you're bringing a child of that age Lanzarote is ideal. And restaurants there welcome children (not like a lot here!)
