Where do I start?

My partner left me and our 3 girls 2 months ago. I'm currently in receipt of supplementary welfare while waiting for a decision on my lone parent's allowance application. All my support (parents and family) are in Wexford, while we are in a Dublin Council flat, which is in my ex-partner's name. He has given us some time to move out and I would be happy to do so, as I need to be near my family. I don't know where to start, though, or who I should speak to regarding rent allowance etc. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.
