Where are all these great deals for weekend hotel breaks?

Where can I find details for all these great deals for weekend hotel breaks I keep hearing about? Checked Sunday papers todays and nothing "giveaway" about hotel price. Have tried venere.com & tripadvisor. Heading to Dublin next weekend and want to get nice centrally located hotel at a reasonable price (or "giveaway" if at all possible!!!!)

A lot of people are collecting those Supervalu tokens and a book of these will get you into many city centre hotels for €99pp for two nights B&B along with an evening meal for two people. Failing that try www.alpharooms.com or www.hotelclub.com. But OP is right, the so called great deals are hard to come by.
