When will we get an Ikea Store?

Does anybody know when Ikea will open for business in Dublin ? I heard they got the planning permission but how long will it take for them to open up ?

Will probably be further held up by the husband/boyfriend anti-Ikea lobby that is bound to appear :=))

Someone mentioned to me recently that another stipulation will be 11 a.m. opening.
 
Given that they will have to pay nearly €20m for Luas and roadworks, will they deliver the 'value' everyone seems to expect?
 
According to an rte.ie report in December 2006, the expected date for Belfast is November 2007
