When will the M7 Jct 21-24 Castletown Nenagh open?

This is the stretch that will bypass Roscrea and Moneygall.
 
That link ain't working for me.

Was due to be opened by our beloved Taoiseach this week but there's a blockage and protect on by some of the contractors who haven't been paid. They were on Joe Duffy today.
 
I believe its all relating to a claim that the contractor has made for €20 million over the contract price due to adverse weather conditions. The NRA has approved the claim but the local authority has appealed the amount. Without this 20 million the main contractor seemingly has no other means to pay the sub contractors.
 
It was due to open today but LAST I HEARD BAD WEATHER CANCELLED OPENING. i cant get on boards ie either all day today.

RTE reported that it opened today.

The official opening was cancelled because of bad weather.

Thanks to NRA and the all the workers involved in the construction!
