Hi there, am on PTSB tracker mortgage and they still haven't passed on the recent ECB decrease. They are saying it won't apply til November - can they do this? I was under the impression it would kick in sooner than that. They even told me the day it was announced it would be in effect in two weeks but now they have a different story it seems. Any help appreciated.
