My brother has been made redundant and got his statutory redundancy. His tax so far this year is over 12,000 euro, Can this be claimed back and if yes then when can it be claimed.
He can either complete a form P50 now (download from revenue.ie) and get some refund bit by bit, or send in his P45 together with details of any JB received after Dec 31st
