It's difficult to know really. There was a window of opportunity about 3 weeks ago when you could pick up flights to Malaga and Faro with Ryanair return for two people for €60. They were only available for a day or so and then they were gone. This was for November this year.
I tracked flights to Faro with Ryanair as follows over the past couple of months or so for November for two people return as follows.
€189 then €149 then €96 then €60 then back up again.
