When is interest added to mortgage accounts

I am trying to find out when various Mortgage providers add interest to their accouts:

eg BoI / AIB are quarterly;
UB / EBS/ Ptsb/IIB are monthly;

Anyone know;

-NIB;
-Nationwide;
- Springboard;
