When do you think mortgage rates will begin to increase?

Maybe if you tell us why you need to know we can give you a helpful answer. Perhaps you are trying to stress-test an investment? Or you have an online bet of some sort?

How long is a piece of string? Too many variables to consider. For example, they may keep going down and become negative interest rates! Who knows.

If people could tell you the answer to this, they could make a HELL of a lot of money.

All you'll get here are guesses (some more "informed" than others) but guesses just the same.
