according to the Central Bank the highest Irish credit card rate is 22.6pc, charged by Ulster Bank on its Mastercard but I had an idea there was a higher rate. Am I wrong?
that's where I took the Ulster rate from but you're right. I read it wrongly and AIB gets the gong.
If these rates are accurate fair enough but I had the feeling there were higher rates in the market.
