Whats the deal with "price on application" why cant they just email the asking price?

+1. I find it a good website to browse. Everyone should avail themselves of all opinion from a variety of sources and then make up their own mind as to its veracity!
 
I post on the pin for the last few years,it has saved me an absolute fortune,hats off to all involved in running it.
 
I agree with OP.

Emailing for information surely means that you are applying for the price!

I email enquiries all the time so getting a POA should be no different.

The price should be no big secret ....
