What would you offer?

Hi folks.

Looking for some advice please.

We have seen a property that that is on the market for 800k. According to the estate agent there is interest at 750k but no definite offer, what would you do / how much would you offer?

We really like the property and can just about manage the 800k (subject to sale of a house) but don't want to pay more than we need to while at the same time don't want to lose the property either.

Any tips / suggestions?
