What Would MY Redundancy Value Be?

I need to research this further obviously but can anyone quickly tell me what my final after tax payment would be if i take redundancy from my job within the next 30 days.

Age 41, 21 years with same company, gross salary of 798 Euro per week.
Company offering statutory plus 2 weeks for each year.
