Or if not a full refund then partial refund? I paid 6% stamp duty for the purchased/ transferred land. I know one way is if u build residential purposes on the land you can get a 2/3 refund [broken link removed] but Im not using it for residential purposes, any other methods?

That is a very interesting link and not one that I was aware of - it will bring a smile to one of my clients on a cold November Friday!

I am not aware of any other circumstances where a refund can be claimed.
