What to do with old quilt?

Hi all,

Bought myself a new duvet today - just wondering how to dispose of the old one - it's pretty big, can't just chuck it in the black bin!

Do those yellow clothing banks take quilts??

Give it to the ISPCA or one of the animal rescues, they are always looking for old blankets, duvets etc
