What to do with egg yellows?

Hi,

making some pavlovas this week and wondering if anyone had some good suggestions on what to make with all the yellows of the egg (besides ice-cream, custard and omlettes!)

Dunnes sell liquid egg white in a carton.Mrs Vandriver made a pavlova at the weekend using this product and she said it made the process much easier .

Lots of sauces use egg yolks - e.g. hollandaise.

home made pasta, the more yellows the better.

If not perhaps chocolate pudding

oh choc pudding sounds like the one!!! Don't want to get those liquid egg whites ..... prefer to know where my eggs came from (free range and local!). Thanks all!
