Our bins were collected this morning at 6.30. It was a glass bin collection this week and the noise of breaking glass woke us. Now I have to get up at 7 anyway so it's not the end of the world but our neighbour has two small children and I doubt she was too impressed with the noise at that hour. Can bins be collected this early? I know there is something about not starting construction work until 8 because of noise. Would it be the same for bins?
