What should my mortgage be?

My wife and myself gross around $7,000 per month and have 1 car payment at $400 a month and $350 a month payment for student loans. We have zero credit card debt, are not lavish spenders on vacations, jewelry, etc.... What would be the highest our mortgage per month be to live comfortably? (taxes will be around 400 a month). The other thing is that we will both be making more money each year because a cost of living raise is built into both of our contracts. Thanks for all of your help.
