Just Wandering we are about to consider accepting a quote to do our 2 floor extension from a builder who claims to offer the "whole package". It will give us an extra 2 bedrooms upstairs and a much larger open plan kitchen/living room.
- What Should the quote include? e.g. wardrobes for a bedroom?
- What Extra items (apart from kitchen and kitchen appliances) would bump up this price.....that you might not think about until the extension is being built. e.g. extra sockets....
- If a builder guarantees a time to build it, what kind of penalty would you expect if he goes over that time?
