I heard observations yesterday of a possible change in the LPT calculation.
Naturally, there is a lack of information.

Any ideas on how the basis of the LPT calculation might be changed ?

My speculation would be that, for simplicity's sake, there will be a cap on the percentage increase that can occur. That way the max increase would be (say) 20% and it doesn't require work to be done on property revaluations etc. or even local councils considering their approach.
