What mortgage lenders are currently executing applications AND drawdowns quickly these days?
Any intel out there - if you wanted to move on something quickly and perhaps weren't so rate sensitive...........what lender is executing in a speedy fashion?
I doubt you can generalise - best you apply to several and see who gives you first an approval in principle and ask them how long drawdown would take.
For one person Bank X can be quick but the same bank can take longer for another person.
