Can you please calculate gross salary of my partner?
He gets 350 per week - guaranteed .. single, 36 years old, no kids, no property, no pension .. can you get his gross yearly salary from that? I tried online calculators but they all work calculating net salary from gross, I want it other way.
We are applying for mortgage, his pay was 11,800 gross, but from next week will move to Full time but all they agreed on was his net weekly take home pay .. Mortgage advisor said we should use this new higher pay on salary certificate.
We still go approved for what we wanted back in January - even with my partners low pay, however seller decided not to sell and our mortgage expired. We found a new house we really want and so want to maximize our chances of getting approved again and so higher pay may help.
