Im guessing that "Escritura" is some kind of Spanish property/tax term but can any one explain what it is and how it works? Google results in many spanish language hits but I havent been able to get an english language definition.
In relation to the spanish property purchase process there appears to be a few different "escritura" involved. Does anyone know what they are and how the work?
