What is a form AC1?

Hi,

A client of our has been requested on a grant application to have their accountant fill out a form AC1.

I have not come across this ever, and cannot find a copy online. Does anyone know what this is or where I can get one?

I can see that a Form AC1 applies in the UK. Is that what you are talking about?

Is it a Uk or Irish Grant Application.

If irish get a copy of form from them to see exact them they are looking for.
 
Where a sole trader is applying for an Irish higher education grant, and there are wages expenses in the profit and loss account, the grant authorities have rules about possible "add-backs" if wages have been paid to family members. The Form AC1 should be included with all the grant application forms and booklets. The accountant is required to complete the form.

Thanks for clarification Gervan. I will have to get a copy from the Council cos there is nothing downloadable online for one and one wasnt sent with the form pack either,
