What information needed for credit union loan?

I have over 2k saved in the credit union and want to take out a loan to pay off cc of 6k. What information is required to take out loan with cu? My OH is selfemployed and Im a student so paperwork is a nightmare!!

I would imagine you would have to make an appointment to see the manager or who ever deals with the loans. You will need to show proof of income in order to service the loan.

Why do you want to do this? What rate is charged on the current loan of €6K? Could you not pay €2K off the loan and maybe arrange a lower cost loan of €4K to cover the rest?
