I am more concerned when countries do not operate in their own self interest and act to spread a dogma or system “for the good of humanity”. Soviet Communism is a good example of this, GW Bush and the Neo-con’s are another, lesser, example. Of course while acting in their own interest countries should act within the law, their own and international, and this is often not the case.
