What does "reversed" mean when you have a comment?

Not owning up to anything here :eek: but if you happened to have recieved a comment and it showed on your profile as "reversed", what does that mean? Profile would also show one point.

I figured it meant the decision had been reversed but since it all still appears to be active, I must be missing something. Obviously I've done a search and read the posting guidelines (finally :D) but I can't find anything.
 
Comments are sometimes issued as warnings or reprimands for breaches of the posting guideline. Warnings are sometimes reversed where the breach of the posting guidelines proves to have been genuinely inadvertent or the warning was not really merited in the first place.
