So if I bought a tv or other consumer product that had the same recurring fault the retailer would legally have 3 chances are replace or repair followed by refund to me after the 3rd time if the fault came back - right?

Well my apartment has a patch of damp that the builders have tried (over 3 winters) to resolve and this winter - its back.

What are my chances if I ask for a full refund? It'd be an interesting way to clear my negative equity!

All those in favour of me asking for a refund say AYE
 
Yeah, but sure you'd get an appartment allowance (fact) if you worked in the public ... oh sorry... wrong thread
 
Liaconn, Ill print your AYE and bring it with me when I ask for my refund as proof Im not the only one who believes Im entitled to one

Ill be laughing as I get a 2005 price for my apartment - oh how Ill laugh....
 
Well, I have to confess. I have a vested interest. I too bought an apartment in Firhouse in 2005 and would love to get the price I paid for it back!!
