What company does CVs professionally?

Hi Folks,
I need ur opinons or recommendations on how or where to go to get my CV Updated. yes i can type but my CV does not look much when typed out on an A4 sheet. Would love for once to get it done by somebody in the know with a professional look and to rephrase the way i have compiled it so it looks right. I am in munster so any suggestions would be great. Is there a company that does this or what??

Have you tried a quick ? There are lots of websites that offer advice/samples/templates for free — before you go paying for it! — including most of the recruitment agencies. Alternatively, call to your local library and/or to the Students Union/Careers Office of any third-level institution; they should have lots of free booklets, etc.

As for the 'visual presentation' side of it, MS Word (or any other word-processing package, including free ones like the MS-compatible OpenOffice) have lots of nice document templates, including CVs/résumés, that you can access under the 'Format' menu. Plus grammar & spellcheck options.

Just don't mention that you're an ogre...!

My brother went to Compettitive Resources in Cork and found them very helpful. They also helped him with interview technique.

And he got the job!
