What banks are lending right now?

Our broker told us just three were - he also says he covers all lenders and I have no reason not to trust his word. I'm just being cautious about everything and double checking absolutely everything as although we are considering putting an offer on a house, we are still very nervous with the economy etc.

Banks I'm told are lending are:
BoI
AIB
IMM / Now KBC?

Any info much appreciated.

ps: some info as I'm sure your status applies when looking for a mortgage. Not FTB's but presently renting and ready to go. Our first property was not bought in Ireland so we are kind-of FTB's who have to pay stamp duty! One civil servant and one private employee, both is permanent 'safe' employment.
