Payments online from a BoI current account to a BoI term loan account go through straight away, but credit card is slower than AIB - they take 1 day, so a payment made before 5.00pm should hit the credit card account the following morning. I have no personal experence of paying a BoI mortgage, but if this is taking 2 days plus I would certainly query it with them. Try the telephone banking number and have a specific example so that they can't fob you off with a standard answer.
