What are the highest rates Irish home owners are paying on their mortgages?

I want to compile a list of the Standard Variable Rates.

Some Irish lenders have not reduced their SVRs for years - offering fixed rate deals but leaving a lot of ignorant customers on much higher rates.


BoI 4.5%
Ulster Bank 4.3%
KBC 4.25% - https://www.kbc.ie/help/mortgage-support - See Existing Mortgage Rates drop down under Tracker Mortgage Examination!

EBS 3.7%
AIB & Haven 3.15%
Avant 2.75% Variable >70%

In the case of KBC's rates the ignorance being demonstrated is twofold:

1) not realizing that , for existing customers, there is little difference between their APRCs for standard variable rates and fixed rates on Residential Primary Homes and

2) Being unable to locate the table below, which is freely available, on KBC's website.

Thanks for that.

I had searched twice and could not find them.

I have now looked again and still can't find them.

https://www.kbc.ie/our-products/mortgages/our-mortgage-rates I find this line:

Rates for existing KBC Mortgage customers can be found here. The tables below represent new business rates.

And it brings me to Mortgage Support but no mention of rates.

Can you provide a link to the page where you got that table?

The KBC website won't let me link to the table directly but if you scroll down the Mortgage Support page you mentioned above to just below the " Tracker Mortgage Examination" heading, you will see a link in blue writing to " Existing Customer Rates " .
 
You don't mention Brendan if you are including investor rates ?
Investor/buy to let rates are generally higher again than owner occupier
 
The existing customers rates table on kbc website seems to be from 2016. In a different section of kbc's website, it states existing customers can avail of new customer rates and the process for this.
