This is out of curiosity really, we drew down recently and once the request goes in, the bank takes a couple of days to do final checks. Is this just making sure the paperwork is in order or is there a further credit check and underwriting review for instance?
Although there was absolutely nothing for us to worry about, I was quite anxious for those 2 days so I thought this might put some minds at ease!
