What are the best buy mortg options for moving to new PDH

Hi all, I cant see an uo to date best buy anywhere on the website re this i.e what are the bedt buy options for a new mortgage on a new PDH. Not a 1st time buyer. I can prob google my way around this but is there a handy table etc on this website? Thanks.

It looks like ulster baks 2.2% 5yr fixed is a decent option. Anyone got any thoughts, opinions, perils of wisdom, challanges, inside info?
