What 2025 holds for us all?

At the start of covid I had a 12 mile round trip walk for an appointment.
No traffic and I encountered just 2 pedestrians, who both crossed the road when within a 100 yards of me.
It was a surreal experience and as close as I'll ever get to one of those apocalyptic films, I hope!

I've got to admit I miss Covid not for all the pain suffering and loss that people suffered
But for how life slowed down, the roads were empty, I could travel to Cornelscourt in 5 minutes compared to the 15 it takes today
Cycle in relative safety, People avoided you and didn't get in your personal space but above all how quite it had all become

What I'm looking forward to this year apart from our trip to Japan is the release of GTA 6
10 years in the making, over 2 billion spent in development and if you're a gamer like me this is a must play
and is going to provide me and my crew with so many "Free Bird" moments
What I'm not enjoying this year so far is watching the demise of a company and a game I love, Call of Duty and Warzone
What Activision is doing, is like watching the Titanic in real time

For the rest of you I wish you good health and happiness, it's not to much to hope for is it??

The main message for now is to stay safe everyone because we are in for a nasty few days..
Very nasty in coastal Dublin here, looks like we'll get the treacherous roads and footpaths without the consolation of winter scenes of snow.
