Wet pour rubber

Hi all,

I'm trying to find a place in Ireland that supplies wet pour rubber. I've an area out the back garden that is concrete and would like to put this over it. We have a 2 year running in and out of the house now and I would like it to be a little bit more child friendly. It is like the stuff you find in some playgrounds.

Does anybody know if you can buy it and lay it yourself??

Thanks all,
Neon

Maybe one of the county councils would be able to give advice if it is the same stuff that they use for children's playgrounds.

Doing a search online the only businesses or suppliers I can find are in the UK, Australia and America. Might try ringing DCC and asking them. Thanks

Try Michael Earls company in Galway, an ex galway hurler, also provided the new fences for the Aintree grand national.

Just saw http://www.woodiesdiy.com/Product/Rubberlok-Versatile-Safety-Tile/9430/4.21.4 (these rubber safety tiles in Woodies) the other day - might be an option if you can't find a supplier for the wet pour rubber?

They don't mention the size - looked like they were about 50cm x 50cm to me. Easy to lock together and supplied in red and green.
