Were there any changes to mortgage rules in Oct budget

Hi all,

We're there any changes to the mortgage rules in this weeks budget? I don't see any but I thought they would have done something.

I thought they might have relaxed the amount of deposit required and reviewed the salary level (3.5 times) especially for people hoping to buy in the capital.

Even investors now need to have a 30% deposit built up.
