because there were no water mains where we built it was necessary to have a well "sunk" on our site. Now, because we used a submersible pump to pump the water to the house from the well, the electrics and pipe to the pump have to go into said well. In the future we intend building a wee well house of sorts, (the smaller the better), or even sinking a manhole to access the electrics and pump, should that need arise, however, at the moment the well mouth is slightly higher than the ground and is only "protected" by some plastic and rockwool. Could anyone recommend a product which would more effectively seal the well mouth?
