welfare payment cut more than 8euros since december

Appreciate it if anyone has any insight to this:
Just wondering if Im missing something here, my husband was assessed to receive 68.70 in jobseekers allowance. Following the budget this payment has gone down to 54.40 is this right following the cuts?
We recently got reassessed for medical card and had to submit all our details so wondering if using this information they decided to reduce JSA also? or is it correct amount with budget cuts, seems a little steep.

The cut in the rate of JA was 8 Euro for a main claimant, and a 5.30 cut for qualified adult, which would explain 13.40 of the cut, although that leaves 1 Euro unexplained.
