Weird one line threads appearing ......

What's the story with what appears to be spam being posted on AAM? Spotted 5 new posts, (from 5 new posters) that appear to be advertising - very strange - anyone able to shed any light on it?

ACA-we get a lot of spam on AAM. The moderators aim to remove it as quickly as possible. There is no guarantee that there will always be a moderator monitoring the site. If spam remains for, say, more than 5 minutes, use the 'Report Bad Post Function' to ensure that all moderators are informed.

Volumes appear to be higher, or at least more noticeable, some weeks over others.

All the threads you have linked to above have already been deleted.

Where do I find that?

It is the icon in the top right hand corner of every post-a warning sign with an exclamation mark inside.

Here I was, scratching head, looking for exclamation marks, until I signed in! Good to know this!
