Weird error message "in rons pac"?

Just a few hours ago started getting this message from internet explorer "in rons pac" cant find any info on what it is anywhere.
It pops up and disappears when I click ok but a new one pops up immediately after that, this continues for a while and then it goes away for a few minutes and comes back again. Not happening when I am doing anything in particular.
Any ideas ? Its driving me crazy

No, I'm afraid that you're just crazy.

Seriously, are you sure that's how its spelled? I couldn't find anything with Google. Although I'm sure you tried this first yourself.

I did find some articles on corrupt PAC files (Proxy Authentication Cache) - I wonder is this the place look?

Cheers for that MonsieurBond.
I seem to be having a problem with my LAN connection too and suspect the two problems are connected. Cant make too much sense of the articles but it suggests a link ( i think !) between the two.
