Hi - Hopefully some fitness freaks will be able to help me!!

I have lost just over 2 stone since September last year and I still need to lose another 17lbs. I started off with a very strict diet for the first two monts and I was working out in the gym 4 times a week mailly using the tredmill and cross trainer.

I got to the point where I wasn't losing any more weight but I wasn't putting on any either so I was recommended to start doing weights and put the cardio stff on the long finger. I now look more toned but I really want to lose the extra stone or so. I've just started doing spinning classes to

Can someone give me some good solid advice on what the best work out is to get rid of the extra flab.

Well done for the weight loss to date - boards.ie has a number of excellent forums on weight, fitness, nutrition, etc. and you might get a better response there.
