Weekend in Toulouse - any tips ?

Hi

A gang of us (all thirty something lads) are heading over for the weekend very soon for a rugby game - we have the Saturday free so any tips on what to do in or around the city centre - places to eat and drink etc - the usual stuff. Considering doing the Airbus factory tour on the Sat morning - has anyone done this and is it worthwhile ? Trevor Brennan's bar is on the itinary too - what about markets on the Sunday morning ? All advise appreciated.
