Weekend in Tenerife - What to do?

Going on a stag do for a long weekend in a couple of weeks and besides the usual can anyone recommend something different for a group of lads to do (to keep us out of the pub!)

Was thinking about chartering a yacht or something for a day.

Any recommendations?

Oh we're staying in Los Cristianos.

Group scuba diving lesson maybe ? ( in the sea not in a keg of cerveza ) , or para gliding.

I'm just about to start a PADI open water course myself.

Any other ideas as i've never been there.
